    Over 13 years at Venntro Media Group, I personally owned or oversaw the commercial relationships that powered one of the world's largest dating SaaS platforms. At the peak, that meant 1,500+ affiliate and partner accounts generating north of $30 million in annual revenue across multiple territories, niches, and business models.

    The work spanned everything from prospecting and onboarding new partners to managing existing portfolio performance, running QBRs, and building the internal tools and processes that let a relatively small team operate at that volume. The key lesson: the system matters more than any individual relationship.
